A word concerning Flash: We tend to shy away from the use of flash in web designs. While some well-planned flash effects can accentuate a well-designed site...the overuse or over-dependance on Flash for any site aside of one for a business who needs such a design (multimedia companies, art studios etc.) can be more of a hindrance than a gain in the overall marketing of a business online.
