We specialize in website design for small businesses and organizations. Our focus is on creating an effective web presence for our clients that features clean navigation, fast-loading pages that are viewable across all platforms including iPads, smart phones etc. in addition to all major web browsers.

We work with each client to create the site to meet their specific needs. We don’t have any per-page or per-update fees. One of our goals is to encourage our clients to regularly work with us to keep their site updated and fresh content-wise as this is one of the main ways to ensure a successful web presence to begin with.

We can provide all web site features you’ll need, be it photo galleries, contact forms, event calendars, interactive location maps and directions (and many other items) as well as an unlimited number of “static” content pages.

Site Updating:

We cater our services to the desires of the client when it comes to site updating. Some clients wish to be completely “hands off” while some would like the ability to handle minor updates themselves. Some take things a step further and need a solution that allows them full control of their site without needing to know HTML or other programming.

Whatever your needs may be, we’re there to assist and train as needed. Regular updates are always provided as needed with no per-update fees. Our clients can either phone, email or mail us what they need updated on their site or login and make changes directly to much of their site using a visual page editor.

We ensure that all of the created pages and sections of the client’s web site is optimized for the main search engines. For local businesses we also update the “local directory” sections of the search engines such as Google Places and Bing Local.

The Process:

Once you contact us, we schedule a time to come meet with you at your location to go over your specific needs and provide an exact quote for the site build. We can give you an estimated price over the phone however often during our first meeting we find that the project price may change (sometimes actually lower than the initial estimate btw).

A few words about pricing…obviously each project varies in price, but we are extremely confidant that you’ll be pleasantly surprised by our prices. The vast majority of our site builds are less than $1000.00 (and can be as low as $300.00 for a complete site) and that includes domain registration, unlimited regular updates and a full year of web hosting on our dedicated web servers.

Once the client accepts our proposal and submits a 50% deposit, we promptly begin designing the site. At this point it’s critical that the client work with us to provide all needed content. This includes all the basic information about the business/organization for the site as well as any printed or multimedia content (radio ads, tv spots to stream, brochures, flyers, photos etc.). If we are needed to do any on-location activities such as taking digital photos or shooting HD video clips etc. then this is also done during this time.

A typical site build can be finished in as early as 7-10 days and ultimately no longer than 21 days. The client is provided access to the build in progress via private link so that we can work together during this time to ensure we are meeting their needs at each step of the process.

We can’t stress enough how important it is that our clients provide all necessary content during the build process. This is by far the most common cause of delays. We’re content publishers…not creators. We can edit your content for clarity and expand on it but no one knows your business and your message more than you do! We’ll work with you 100% on content gathering but ultimately we can only work with what we’re provided.

Once the site build is complete and given final approval by the client, we “go live”! At this point we invoice the client for the remaining balance and move on to the next steps in the process…search engine submission, social network integration and any training/updating as needed. A web site is never 100% complete so we’ll always be working with you looking for ways to expand your site and adding new items/features to it as needed.

Unless a custom contract is necessary, we work on an annual contract. The first year is included in the initial quote. Annual renewals, based on the client needs, typically run between $225-$400 and includes domain renewal, up to $50/year in various software registration fees, unlimited regular site updates and full web hosting on our dedicated servers.
